How to use: Dispense one pump into palm and press hands together to warm. Then press essence gently into clean, damp skin.

Just bought this as I haven’t used toner in decades and when I did, I used witch hazel. This product is great. It smells wonderful, like rose water. It really does brighten your skin and prepares for the serum you apply after. I use the seven seals cream, which is also amazing and smells like gardenias.
