Overnight Glow Ritual: BODY

Overnight care is one of the most effective ways to look after yourself. Because the body repairs itself as you sleep, you can boost your self care ritual easily and effectively.

TO GET THAT GLOW:

-Shower before bedtime. Use a moisturizing body wash, followed by a body scrub. Pay extra attention to your knees, elbows and heels.

-Rinse and lightly air dry

Apply body balm to damp skin. Massage extra balm into nail cuticles on both your hands and feet.

-Put on loose cotton pajamas (to allow skin to breathe) and go to bed.

That’s it! The next morning your skin will be soft, supple and simply glowing. Repeat this ritual as often as you like to literally glow from head to toe.
